But, no one has ever said it was illegal. I don;t get it. Unless there is all kinds of shit going on in the background, nothing is happening about it.
 
Why didn't Biden personally sign anything during his entire presidency?

ANSWER: Because whereas he occupied the office, he wasn't actually in charge of decision making!
