Just a few weeks ago it was reported that politico was getting money. Last week I saw the AP was as well.

Setting aside politics for a second, I can see the need for agencies to have subscriptions to news magazines. How should the government go about this without showing impropriety or favoritism among news papers?

10-15 years ago the only news I would consume was either the AP or Reuters wire. They at the time seemed to be pretty neutral. Going back even to Obama's last term in office it was obvious that both news sources had been captured by the left.
