If you're going to ignore the law, the stopsign, and fail to yield to traffic by rolling through the stop sign and pulling out in front of / cutting off traffic, at least have the common goddamn courtesy to also ignore the speed limit and MOVE YOUR PIECE OF SHIT ASS THE FUCK DOWN THE ROAD instead of taking your sweet ass time to get up to 10mph UNDER the speed limit and creating a fucking rolling roadblock!

Cocksuckers like this make me want to weld a big ass I-beam to the front of an old 1 ton truck and plow through these stupid fuckers. The world is overpopulated as it is... It should be legal to eliminate dumb, inconsiderate pricks from the gene pool at the point of offense.

That is quite annoying, and it happens all too frequently. You're approaching at a decent speed, and someone simply HAS to pull out in front of you, but when that driver does, they (in essence) stop and cause you to brake to a crawl for at least a short time.

Navigation is on all phones now. Just block all signal/activity (except 911 calls) if the device is in motion above 5 mph and device is not connected to vehicle's hands free system. To hell with little Johnny in the back seat. He'd be better off learning to read or actually see what the world looks like outside of his phone screen.
