The NFL will be fine...........this is America and we love football.
Well, I don't know if I would consider bringing in a Nazi or ISIS flag as an equivalent to a peaceful protest.....that's quite a way down the spectrum. So I definitely think the line is past kneeling but before a Nazi or ISIS flag. They're just different things. Not everyone will stop buying tickets over a peaceful protest but they WILL (and RIGHTFULLY SO) if you bring in a Nazi or ISIS flag.
A peaceful protest is not equivalent to a fascist governmental regime or islamic terrorist ideology.
I see your point though Greg, I honestly do.
My opinion is.........I think their cause is well intentioned but I don't think it's properly executed. Certainly with some thought a better strategy could have been formed.....................BUT, the conversation is being had.
This is one of those things that would be best discussed in person as a group as opposed to over this forum.
I don't have a problem with peaceful protests. Hell, I protested the Nam war. But I didn't do while I was on stage paying music. I didn't do it when I was on the job as a mechanic or a service manager. Why should they be allowed to do it on the clock? Plus, a nazi or isis flag doesn't mean they won;t be peaceful.

Did you do it while you were filming your gay porn? lolz j/k
As far as the Nam protests (which I don't blame you one bit for protesting)..........I don't believe it Greg......I've seen your tie-dye........the long hair..........etc. Again, j/k...![]()

You have to look at the big picture. These guys are getting paid to show up and work, just like anyone else. You don't care if they have something to say about the flag. I get that. But where does it end? Would you be okay with paying for a ticket and watching them carry a nazi flag around while the players salute? How about having them bow for the ISIS flag as it passes by? Maybe a having a few players pray to satan after each touch down? I'm simply saying that, even tho they have the right to speak, doesn't mean they have a right to be heard. They can protest and piss into the wind if they want to on their own time. Which, BTW, not one fucking one of them did, which tells me they are not even genuine in their display.

I marvel at the brilliance of our constitution. I believe everyone has the right to think freely, free speech and the right to express their views. However, the constitution does NOT guaranty the right to be heard, or the right to a platform and captive audience. He can protest until his fucking dick falls off for all I give a shit.... on his own time because the people who bought tickets to those games and other events did NOT lay out money to watch his crying little bitch ass disrespect our American Flag.
I THOUGHT KAEPERNICK WAS PAID, GOOD MONEY, TO BE A QUARTERBACK. NOT A SPOKEPERSON FOR WHATEVER HIS CAUSE IS. AS LONG AS HE HAD ON A SAN FRAN JERSEY, OR ANY FUTURE JERSEY, HE IS A QUARTERBACK. WHEN HE PUTS ON HIS STREET CLOTHES, THEN HE IS AN INDIVIDUAL AND CAN SPEAK HIS MIND. I DO THINK THE NFL SHOULD STAY OUT OF IT THOUGH. THE TEAM OWNER SHOULD HAVE THE LAST SAY IN WHAT TAKES PLACE WITH THEIR TEAM. I TOO STAND FOR THE ANTHEM AND THINK ALL SHOULD. SOMETIMES BEING A SHEEP IS A GOOD THING FOR ALL. NO 9, THATS NOT WHAT I MEAN!!!
