Already in place. Cops use NCIC and other software (Rob or Rev could tell you more) to check warrant status, priors, and restraining orders. They've been doing it for many years. Everything is logged and cross referenced.

So lets make all laws no existent so if someone "breaks the law" and steals the person they stole from

WAMO, being a responsible gun owner, like millions of people are, will not stop mass shootings. Millions of responsible gun owners, such as myself, obey the laws and have no problems. PLEASE tell me what your plan is to stop the mass shootings, obviously by the people who DO NOT obey the law.
