Longtime poster Sevenpin63 lurks no more

Sevenpin63 was formerly a prominent poster in this forum, and then for months, he was a regular "lurker" without posting.

Now, it has been more than a half year -- June 5, to be exact -- since he even visited the forum.

I hope his absence doesn't mean that he's no longer able to post or lurk, and that hopefully, he's doing well.

At any rate, I've enjoyed his past participation, and may God bless him, wherever he may be.

Apparently you and I helped him decide to vacate the site. If you remember the issue with WAMO, 7Pin took WAMO's side and said we were picking on him. I've made numerous attempts to have them return and discuss the issue but neither have any interest in open dialog.

After the site went down in late summer, 9andaWiggle did make several posts after the site came back up, but we haven't heard from him since.

My father was a woodshop teacher for 33 years.

Thanks. I tipped out the door on May 31st this year. While I'm probably not done working, I am done with my public school service. I might end up in a charter school or private school for a few years, but for the next eight-ish months, I'm just gonna hang out (and maybe substitute every once in a while at the school where I last worked).

I occasionally visit my former employer if they need some special assistance or training. After a request text from management it's like going home for a visit after moving out. Laid back. No pressure.

They ended up pushing him out. His last year he ended up working at the school board building because they didn't have anywhere for him to teach.
