Dear Djarum300:

I assume you're referring to an item that would limit the amount gamblers are able to deduct from their winnings to 90% percent of losses, but I also assume that such provision affects only professional gamblers. Sports competition doesn't equate to gambling per se.

Maybe the law sees it that way. Playing cards is as much skill as a golfer going out onto a golf course.
