Definitely, and if all voting is done by mail-in, there is no check-in at polling places, no in-person verification of identity and no way to double-check the number of people who voted. If it's all via mail-in, any crooked election supervisor can simply discard a number of ballots, and it would be extremely difficult to determine that all votes were actually counted. Further, a typical election supervisor would have a pretty good idea which ballots were for which party, based on which area of the precinct the ballots came from, or by filtering out ballots based on names (Jewish, Hispanic, African-American, etc.). The chance of fraud is multiplied big-time.

That’s funny Greg. There’s a golf course 1/2 a mile from me and its full of people playing. Every 2 weeks a guy cuts our grass. Maybe there’s another Michigan?
Uh, well, I live within 4 miles of 7 courses and leagues have resumed, as well as green fee play. I happen to cut my own grass. WTF does this have to do with data chipping?
