A 30-06 would stop a bear and leaves a huge wound. If a 30-06 was used in Charlie's case it would have done MUCH MORE damage.

It doesn't matter anyway. You can't shoot a human in the neck with a 30-06 without taking his head clean off. Impossible. This patsy is not the guy and is only getting attention to grab focus from the true shooter, who is probably now sitting home rich as fuck. I don't give a rat's ass what anyone says, this was a small caliber round that entered from the rear and the neck was an exit wound. A 30-06 would enter and exit a fucking cow or a moose. In fact, it will take down a bear. How fucking stupid do they think Americans are? The majority of us are shooters FFS, we know the impact of these rounds. Didn't happen, we're being lied to again, and real shooter is gone the way of JFK status.
 
I'm also pretty certain that Robinson is just a "patsy" and "fall guy" who was assured by the real killer(s) that he'd get the best lawyers and that he'd "walk" because they'd be able to present "reasonable doubt" to a jury. And the more questions they can raise could very well make it difficult to convict him in a court of law.
